World Endurance Championships – Silverstone | photos

Some of you may already know I’m a big motorsports fan. When Mark Webber left Formula One to join Porche in the World Endurance Championships, I snapped up tickets to the British race as soon as I could.

The race is six hours long and I was worried it might get boring, but it wasn’t for one second. There are four classes of racing going on within one race so there is always something to look at.

The race was red flagged and ended about 30 minutes before it was due to end because of torrential rain. As it was a six hour race though we didn’t feel ripped off.

It was a fantastic race and I wish I had the holiday time left to go to Le Mans.

Here are a few more photos.
